Corporate Website Development Plan

I completed a capstone assignment that involved planning, executing, and documenting the launch of a corporate website for Offex Limited. This project simulated a real-world IT initiative. I applied project management methodologies to define scope, develop a work breakdown structure, manage resources, create a schedule, and allocate budgets. The assignment taught me valuable skills in change management and stakeholder communication. These are essential for any IT Manager overseeing cross-functional technical teams. I learned how to handle risks and develop a change management plan to ensure project alignment with business goals. This project aligns with my targeted role as an IT Manager because it reflects my ability to lead IT initiatives, coordinate team tasks, and maintain deliverables across the project lifecycle, all while aligning with strategic business objectives.
